Return to nature through the perfect house.
A house, according to some, is a recreation of the perfect place, with the perfect light and temperature, totally private and safe.
Arranged all on the ground floor, in which a large landscaped courtyard with a central pool is the point of union of all the rooms of the house, in addition to being one of the accesses to the street.
A series of courtyards with centuries-old olive trees provide natural lighting to the different spaces, thus creating a modern cloister effect of peace, serenity and intimacy.
The materials chosen for construction are all natural and recycled so that they have the lowest possible carbon footprint and the least environmental impact.
And it is that a house is to be lived and enjoyed. Its owners wanted a space "in which to feel comfortable at all times" through the control of temperature, humidity, and sound insulation, but also in communion with the environment and nature.
The result: a passive house, bioclimatic, high energy efficiency, and almost autonomous from the energy (with air renewal systems, home automation, solar collection, heat pump, etc.)
